AIR HANDLING UNITS

UCL are Air Handling Units (range 0-80.000 m3/h) freely configurable, manufactured according to modular construction concepts guaranteeing high flexibility and minimum lead times.
They are not proposed as complete units, but rather in separate compatible sections: combining the different sections (standardized as catalogue products) the unit can be freely configured according to customer specifications, with unlimited number of combinations with the typical flexibility of the air-handling units.
Total freedom of configuration with versions Vertical, Horizontal, Accessories, Variants, Filters, Dampers, Coils 2,3…6R, Recovery units, Motorizations AC~230V, AC~400V, EC~230V, EC~400V, Electric panels, Valves, Regulation … We Manage, Assemble, we Test everything: the customer just needs to “plug in”, same as a fancoil !

• 3 water coil types (2R, 3R or 4R, 6R)
• Units can be equipped with a wide range of motorizations (belt/pulley transmission, plug-fan, AC and EC) in order to satisfy any air flow and static pressure requirement
• Units realised with BBTechnology®: Technology with internal frame and thermally insulated angular profiles, guaranteeing the absence of thermal bridges
• Continuous base support type
• 4 main casing types single and double skin panel (Z-P-K-X)
• Horizontal and Vertical versions
• Customizable with coil connections on the right, on the left, filter extraction on the right, on the left, above, below, any size air louvers, etc.
• Wide variety of models and accessories supplied mounted and tested in the factory to guarantee simplicity and minimum installation times
