ECO DESIGN

Our products are designed in accordance with the ErP Directives, with the aim of reducing harmful and not environmentally friendly emissions.
La Environmental responsibility is a fundamental element of our business and sustainability is a way of thinking and living in our company:

We produce most of our electricity by ourselves with a 300kW photovoltaic system.
We light up our company with LED lamps.
We heat our offices and production with condensing boilers and high efficiency heat pumps.
We only use electric tooling machines (presses, benders, punches, etc.) with inverters with low energy consumption.
Facciamo la totale raccolta differenziata sia negli uffici che in produzione (materiali metallici, carta e cartone, plastica, legno, vetro, olii esausti… tutto).
Grazie alla digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali limitiamo l’uso della carta per la gestione delle informazioni, oltre al suo puntuale riciclo.
Utilizziamo solo imballi certificati FSC e PEFC (cartoni e pallet provenienti da riciclo o da foreste sostenibili).
Diamo nuova vita a cartoni e pallet riciclandoli come riempitivi ed ammortizzatori sui nuovi imballaggi.
… e tante altre iniziative a favore dell’ecosostenibilità.

AIR SANITIZATION AND PURIFICATION

Attention to issues related to IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) has pushed us to introduce innovative air sanitization systems, result of investments and sensitivity to health and well-being.
The systems were also enthusiastically welcomed by technical-scientific teams who tested the effects in various areas, validating their effectiveness.
Now all our units can be equipped with certified BIOXIGEN air sanitization systems against all viruses and bacteria and with BIONIZER purification systems.

Integration of business processes

Sheet metal processing has always been part of NEXT’s know-how. The design takes place exclusively with SW-3D which via SW-CAM is directly interfaced with CNCmachines in production.
After years of experience in this field, the company is committed to creating something unique, an innovative heart for the development of its processes: we have integrated the entire facility according to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 requirements with an SW-ERP interfaced to all business processes through interconnection to an advanced SW-MES.
In NEXT the office-production integration is total and all company processes are digitalised: customer orders are immediately scheduled and sent to the assembly lines according to the established priorities, while the relevant orders for sheet metal components are forwarded in real time to the machines in the workshop according to their level of saturation. We have thus eliminated all downtime and all information arrives in the right place at the right time, with limited use of paper (eco-sustainability), improving delivery time and customer service.

Service and Delivery times

The correct and clever management of the component in the warehouses is the real flagship of NEXT. Warehouses of over 6,000m2 and materials managed in KANBAN with FIFO mode, allow NEXT to manage great flexibility and guarantee very fast deliveries, even in case of complex solutions, everything with recently produced components and according to the best quality standards.
